We acquired it AGES ago from the estate of the former curator of a small Dutch museum.
It is signed "Jan XI '64"
It is a pencil drawing combined with black poster paint.
Reputedly this is a Jan Cremer.
It measures some 33.5 x 49 cm or 13.5 x 19.5 inches.
As visible in the photo, it is not in mint condition but is slightly wrinkly (it has never been framed) and has a number of stains, mainly on the left hand side.

For years we have been accumulating works of art, decorative items and other collectibles. As it is time for a big clean-up, the "Cremer" also has to go and we are cordially inviting offers on this interesting piece.
